What to expect from your Host Famıly?

Dublin has been embroiled in a housing crisis for the last decade. There is a shortage of housing in all of Ireland, however the capital city is the most affected. Therefore, ISI are committed to providing our students with affordable temporary accommodation for the duration of their course.

WHAT ISI PROVIDES

  • A homestay from 45-75 mins (by public transport) from ISI Meetinghouse Lane
  • Full or half board weekly meals
  • Single or shared room
  • Vetted hosts

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Read our guidelines, code of conduct and safeguarding procedures
  • Be polite and respectful of hosts’ rules (you are a guest in their home!)
  • Communicate with host family about curfew, heating, mealtimes.
  • Practice English while at home

Many of our hosts have been with ISI for 10+ years. Their experience provides a safe, comfortable stay for students from all over the world.
