Tuesday Tour – Natural History Museum
Improve your English while doing a different outdoor social activity!
You are invited to this wonderful experience at one of the most culturally iconic museums in Dublin city.
At Dublin’s Natural History Museum, part of the National Museum of Ireland, we discovered a curious ‘cabinet-style’ museum, and were afforded an unprecedented glimpse into the natural world — one that has delighted generations of visitors since the museum opened its doors in 1857!
The museum, referred to by Dubliners as “The Dead Zoo,” has galleries of animal remains and taxidermic replicas not only from Ireland but from all around the world, as well as geological and meteorological exhibits from a total collection of about two million scientific specimens!
You can also be part of activities like these. Come on, let’s discover Dublin together!
